Hello all, On saturday 14-02-2009 this website has started to go live. After a year of no startpage at all I decided to finally start working on my own website. As an IT Consultant I constantly come across the same problems at customers. Most of them, I believe, are due to not working in a standardized and automated way. Therefore the intention is to publish articles on server deployment standardization, application deployment standardization and hopefully some server and application virtualization. In my current position I constantly work on server and application deployment / delivery through a variety of products. For application delivery I mostly implement Citrix XenApp, MS Terminal Services and App-V. I will try to make some sense of all of them and post some nice articles on how to work in a standardized and automated way for all of them. Virtualization and terminal services will be key in most. Like said before it is an attempt and don't expect to see new articles popping up every day..................... Greetings Robert Maijen |
